ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 pm (EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME) on 7/30/04. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON OR HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that they have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on/about 7/30/05 by representatives of The Onion, Inc., whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of the drawing date. Winners will be required to respond to the notification e-mail within 3 days or the prize may be awarded to an alternate. Prize must be accepted in its entirety or forfeited. Prize winners may be required to execute and return a completed and notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (except where prohibited) Publicity Release and a completed IRS W-9 form within 14 days of issuance or winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Entities. If any prize notification or a prize is returned to Sponsors or their fulfillment companies as undeliverable for any reason, it will be awarded to an alternate in a subsequent random drawing from among eligible entries. No substitution by a winner for a prize will be permitted. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. The approximate retail value of the GRAND prize in the aggregate is $600. The total approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $1000. Odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
